Returns & Exchanges

Here at The Little Hub, quality and customer satisfaction are important. All products are manually printed/embroidered in Sydney, Australia. Please expect minor imperfections i.e. not all items will have the same image positioning/sizing.

Actual print colours also may vary to those on your screen. Image/name position/placement may vary from those seen in design selectors – for illustrative purposes only.

Please note depending on length of text, embroidery/print may appear smaller.

Name and pattern placement may very depending on letters and fonts chosen.

As all of our products are personalised and made to order we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind after your item has been printed, so please choose your design and size carefully, read all of our product descriptions and also take care when typing in names or any other personalisation.

Please make sure all customization are correct. We DO NOT accept responsibility for any error made by the customer. Please always double check your order!

Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Once tags are removed it is the customers responsibility to care for their garments and any items which have been misused, damaged, mistreated, roughly handled or didn't follow the care instructions by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

All pre-orders are final - we are not able to cancel any pre-ordered items as these orders are sent to our suppliers immediately after your order is placed.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thelittlehub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Package Returned To Sender – Wrong Address

If a package is returned to sender due to wrong Address Information, The Little Hub will not be held liable and compensation will not be granted by any form.

Lost Order – Wrong Address

The Little Hub will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address.

Express Line Shipping – Customer Phone Number Requirement

In the event that an express courier is unable to deliver a package for one of the following reasons but not limited to:

  • Incorrect Address
  • Customer not present for delivery
  • Too many failed delivery attempts
  • Customs clearance hold
  • VAT/Duties owed to clearance agency

The Little Hub will not be responsible for reimbursement, refund or re-sending the package if the customer’s correct phone number is not provided in the original order details.

By using the Express Line Shipping feature you acknowledge that The Little Hub has the right to deny Express Shipping to any of your orders that are submitted without a valid customer phone number.

In the event that The Little Hub denies your orders’ express shipping, a refund credit will be applied to your account for the difference of the express fee and your order will be shipped with a standard shipping method.
